Arsenal Football Club left back player, Kieran Tierney has been ruled out for the Premier League season regards to his health condition.

Kieran Tierney is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left-back or centre-back for Premier League club Arsenal and the Scotland national team. Tierney came through the Celtic youth system and made his first team debut in April 2015, and his full international debut in March 2016.

The Scottish player is expected to have surgery later this week following an injury he picked up while on international duties with Scotland during the last FIFA window

Arsenal FC confirmed the news on its official website on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, according to reports he might not be available for Scotland’s World Cup qualifying match in June 2022.

Tierney who has played 25 games all season for the Gunners was left out of the club’s 3-0 defeat against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. The club’s manager had confirmed before the game that he picked up an injury when he was with Scotland.

However, the Presence of the left-back will be missed by the Gunners as they continue their quest to finish in the top four positions this season.
